1. About List Overflow

List Overflow is a community platform for creating, sharing, and discovering ranked lists and head-to-head comparisons. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in with a third-party provider (Google). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.

3. Community content

Lists, items, comparisons, images, and other material on List Overflow are submitted by users. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you confirm that you have the rights to share it. By posting, you grant List Overflow a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

4. Acceptable use

Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or misuse the platform. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to keep the community healthy.

5. Copyright & image credit

List Overflow is intended for sharing and discovery. Users should only upload images they have the right to use, and should credit sources where appropriate. If you believe an image or other content on the site infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@listoverflow.com with a link to the content and a description of your claim. We will review it promptly and either remove the content or add appropriate credit.

6. Content removal

We may remove or restrict any content at any time, with or without notice, including content reported to us or that we believe violates these terms.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, List Overflow is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from content posted by users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
